Once upon a time in Cape Town, Megan Kritzinger had a simple idea: create the café she dreamed of sitting in.

 

Inspired by her energetic Staffy, Stellski was born. A fast, friendly neighbourhood café with heart and purpose.

From day one, Stellski did things differently - African coffee only, delicious everyday classics, music on, dogs welcome and vibes above all. It's Cape Town energy in a cup. A place to connect, create and caffeinate.

As the brand grew from Loop Street to Woodstock, Bree Street, and Sea Point, one thing never changed: Stellski is built for the customer, because they are the true founders.

What started as a hole-in-the-wall quickly became a local favourite, a place where regulars felt known, teams felt proud, and joy and connection were part of the menu.
